About Clarissa

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, playful and compassionate! I like working with kids because I believe every child deserves the chance to be loved and understood. I started working with kids when I was 14 as a babysitter. When I turned 18 I began a career in the early childhood field and now am a preschool teacher. I have knowledge and encourage developmentally appropriate activities and play. I have experience with children ages 6 weeks to 10 years. I am CPR, first aid and seizure trained and have worked in a special education and behavioral classroom. In my spare time, I like to go for hikes and bake cakes. One thing you should know about me is I like to have a good time. While babysitting I like to do arts and crafts, play outside, go to the park and adventure to the zoo! I am a teacher so I'm only available until August 12th but would be willing to move into an as needed and/or date night sitter after then!
