I have over a decade of experience caring for seniors. I just concluded a live-in work where I cared for a senior for over 1 year. I am comfortable doing the following duties: 1. Monitor medications 2. Assisting with all basic needs such as eating, bathing, grooming, and toileting 3. Provide companionship 4. Help with housekeeping 5. Prepare meals 6. Assist with transfer and mobility Except heavy lifting 7. Shopping - I don't drive but I'm comfortable taking public transport or online grocery shopping. I am also ok with living full time as long as I get Sundays off and a few days off per month for myself.
