If I could give Cloie more than five stars, I would. She cared for my mom, who has advanced dementia and was on hospice, with incredible compassion, patience, and professionalism. She had the experience and confidence of an exceptional nurse, but the warmth, kindness, and heart of a longtime friend. She was attentive to every detail of my mom’s care, encouraged her independence whenever possible, and always made sure she was comfortable, clean, and cared for. Every day she found ways to get things done that others couldn’t. She could gently convince my mom to bathe, stay active, and participate in her care, all while keeping her smiling and happy. Just as importantly, she brought warmth, conversation, and genuine companionship that brightened my mom’s days. Cloie consistently went above and beyond, and I trusted her completely. She cared deeply about our entire family. During one of the hardest seasons of our lives, she brought not only exceptional caregiving but also comfort, kindness, and reassurance. She made an impossible situation feel just a little bit lighter. We will always be grateful for everything Cloie did for our family. I recommend her without hesitation. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her care for someone they love.
