About Connie

I have many years of experience in different healthcare settings. Most recently, for almost a decade, acting as the Home Care Team Leader, I provided 24/7/365 care for a women who just passed at 94 years old. Our shared duties included, meal preparation, feeding, pericare, medication administration, medical appointments, social outings, vital signs, toileting, light housekeeping and myriad other responsibilities consistent with the clients changing needs. My own responsibilities consisted of managing the entire team. Interviewing/hiring, scheduling, keeping track of each aides worked hours and time off transporting the client to all medical appointments and procedures, interacting with the clients doctors and pharmacy, preparing all medications to be dispensed upwards to a month at a time, reporting to the POA and updating him on the clients status. My skill set is varied and I would love to help and make a positive difference in your loved ones life
