I have 30+ years of extensive infant experience as a Newborn Care Specialist. I have worked with 41 sets of twins and single babies as well. I have held nanny positions up to only the age of 1 years old as my specialty is infancy. I am First Aid/CPR certified. I held a medical assistant degree of which I used in the pediatric department several years ago before I began to do care in private homes. I have such a passion for children as I do not consider any assignment I take as just a job. It is my career. I jump right in and can easily adapt to what the schedule is, or if need be, I can get a schedule going. I am very consistent and believe that structure is the best thing for children to thrive on. I have a great personality with great communication skills. I am dependable and hard working. I am also a self-starter.

Connie is absolutely amazing! I don’t know what we would have done without her! We are first time parents with no newborn baby experience prior to the birth of our twins. Connie was there for us from our first day home from the hospital/NICU and worked with us for several months. She came in with confidence, a great deal of experience, and taught us everything we needed to know on a daily basis. She even helped us diagnose issues and overcome feeding problems. What could’ve been a really stressful time for us was so much more manageable and enjoyable because we were able to work alongside her. I am SO grateful we found Connie and we consider her a close friend! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
