About Connie

I have experience working with infants and toddlers, both girls and boys. I have previously worked in a classroom setting and as a personal nanny. I have also worked at a Montessori school, and have applied its educational philosophy when working with kids. In addition to that, I have taken Child Development courses at West LA College, which have helped me improve my skills as a child caretaker. I strongly believe in meeting every child's needs by both listening and speaking to them respectfully. I love what I do because I know that I am a positive influence on a child's mental and physical growth. I am able to handle high levels of responsibility, and have no problem going out of my way to meet a child's need. I enjoy what I do, therefore, do my best to reach my potential as a child caretaker. I have been a long term nanny for current job for over 13 years.
