I have also completed various engineering internships that strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Cordai applied for a part-time nanny position to care for my 2 year old daughter. We spoke on the phone, and she agreed to come over for a paid trial day. The day before, I texted her to confirm, and she assured me she would see me the next day. Unfortunately, the following day came and went, and I never heard from her again. She did not show up, nor did she respond to my messages. As a working parent, I was left scrambling to balance work responsibilities and childcare arrangements at the last minute. Reliability and communication are extremely important when it comes to the care of a child, and this experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend her.
