About Corrine

I am a certified K-6 teacher/K-12 special education teacher/case manager. I specialize in creating individual growth plans that foster creativity and positivity. I specialize in reading (comprehension/fluency), phonics, writing, math, science, or social studies needs. If your child has an IEP, I will work on their specific individual goals. I have experience working with FUNdations, UFLI, OG, and trainings based on the science of reading. Through interactive lessons, games, art, cross-curricular activity, music, and movement I help each student to really understand the material and learn to love learning. I begin with gathering baseline data (to assess specific strengths and areas of need) and from that I am able to formulate an individual growth plan. Parents/caregivers receive consistent communication on progress and ways to encourage continued growth at home. Learning IS fun, learning IS creative, and learning is best done through interactive/hands on experience.
