Highly disappointed with Courtney, I called to set up an interview but when the day came she had some issues with her car. I ended up going to her house for the interview and she sounded so mature and responsible for her age. I then set up a second interview so she could meet my daughter and she couldn't make that appointment because she had an accident at work. I offered to reschedule for the next day and this time she didn't even bother to show up or answer her phone.
