I have 39+ years of experience. Nannying, Childcare facilities & more. I love doing crafts, activities indoor & out. I often bring my own supplies to keep the children interested & also teach them about sharing/caring for other people's items. I help w/every family need. 
I grew up helping 9 younger siblings & 10 years experience as a foster parent along w/children of my own. I have vast experience at handling challenging children. I am known for working beyond my job requirement: travel, cooking/meal prep. I'm constantly teaching the children.
I am a firm believer that structure & consistency keep children happy & feeling safe. 
I enjoy providing an environment that makes children feel loved & secure while teaching values needed for them to be productive in life while also having fun. I pride myself in making everything a teachable moment while I spend quality hands on time.

I’ve gotten to know Courtney quite well over the past few years, as she brings the twins she cares for to a play place.
The other moms/caregivers and I enjoy spending time with Courtney, and the little ones love her.  The twins she cares for are super happy, polite and social.  It’s clear Courtney has been as asset to the twin’s family, and I’m sure they’ll miss her fiercely when they start preschool.    

Courtney is wonderful. She joined our family when our twins were 6 months old and immediately sleep trained our un-sleep trainable twins. And she truly cares about the kids and helps teach them independence. She does a great job narrating the day and our twins have a great vocabulary for it. Courtney forms community wherever she goes and has established a solid social circle and engagement for our girls. She’s plugged into the kid game – learning their favorite characters and sourcing t-shirts to wear to wow them in the mornings. She introduces us to the toys they will love. And makes a mean quesadilla at that. Seriously, snap her up!

Courtney is a wonderful person with a positive and energetic personality. As a nanny in our local playgroup, she's always been outgoing, friendly, and organized. You'll be happy to know she's also punctual and enjoys helping her family around the house! I believe she would be a wonderful asset to any family.

Courtney really helped us out in a pinch and we are grateful for her help. She is very reliable and punctual. She engaged our girls in many different ways - play, games, art, silly fun, etc. She also helped a lot around the house with cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Courtney is a good nanny and can help your family in a lot of different ways.

Amazing, phenomenal, fantastic! I cannot say enough about Ms. Courtney! When I say she's the best, I truly mean it. So reliable, always looking out for the safety of the child(ren), never stops playing and engaging with them! Plus she cannot help herself from cleaning up everything, and beyond. My house is always cleaner than it was when she arrived; all without asking or expectation. The cleaning/tidying is just an additional bonus though, the care and love she will give your child(ren) is her main priority. My boys absolutely adore her, and they've learned so much from her. My youngest was with her 3 days a week while he was 1, and she taught him all his colors and shapes, problem solving and so much more. My oldest (now almost 5) loves the special "Ms. Courtney foods", and walks me through how to specifically do it just the way she does. Ms. Courtney is and always will be like family to our family.

Courtney has been our go-to date night and occasional workday sitter for the past few years. She is amazing with our two girls (6 & 8). She is reliable and never late. She has a spunky personality and is full of love for not just children but all people and animals. Our girls love her and ask all the time when they can play with her again. When Courtney is watching our girls she is fully present with them and encourages them to pursue their own creativity and ideas, helping them put their ideas into action. Whether those ideas are for an imagination game to play or a craft to create. We are very sad to see her move away but we also know she will make new families very happy. If you have a chance to hire her I'd highly recommend it.

Courtney was wonderful with my daughter who was 6 months at the time. She very interactive with her and even helped us with sleep training. She truly is a God Send and is great with children.

Courtney worked for us for 4 years! She has become part of our family. She loved on our three kiddos from age 12 weeks- 8 years! She is a gem!

Courtney was our daily sitter for five months during the pandemic. She has also sat for us sporadically since. She is very responsible, and keeps the kids busy and entertained!
