About Courtney

Hi! My name is Courtney, and I have been working with children since I was 13 years old. Caring for and supporting kids has always been a true passion of mine, not just a job. I'm a college graduate with a degree in Human Development, with a focus on children, which has given me a strong understanding of child growth, behavior, and developmental milestones. I've worked in daycare settings as well as a ski instructor for children, so I'm comfortable managing groups, creating engaging activities, and keeping kids safe in both structured and outdoor environments. I love being active and spending time outside - whether that's going on nature walks, playing sports, building forts, or exploring new adventures together. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn and grow. I'm responsible, energetic, and dependable, and I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with the families I work with!
