About Courtney

Hi! I'm a warm, creative, and nurturing person with a genuine love for children. As the oldest of four, caring for and connecting with little ones has always been a natural part of my life. I've studied early childhood development and have a background in art, yoga, movement, and somatic practices. I also continue to study neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and attachment theory, with a particular interest in how we can help children develop a strong sense of safety, confidence, and secure connection. I believe childhood should be filled with imagination, curiosity, exploration, and play. I love creating environments where children feel seen, understood, and free to be themselves, while also providing thoughtful, consistent boundaries that help them feel safe and supported. I'm also attentive to the practical details of family life: cleaning up as I go, leaving spaces cared for, and naturally melding into the established rhythms and routines of the household.
