About Courtney

Hi! My name is Courtney, and I'm a preschool teacher and graduate student pursuing my Master's in Art Education. This spring semester, I'll be completing my student teaching, so I'm looking for part-time childcare work that fits alongside my academic schedule. I have over 6 years of experience working with children ages 3-13 in preschools, after-school programs, and summer camp settings. In my current role, I plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support literacy, creativity, sensory exploration, and social-emotional learning. I also have experience teaching art, assisting with homework, and creating structured daily routines. I'm patient, reliable, and creative, and I value clear communication with families. I'm First Aid and CPR certified and look forward to supporting a family this spring.
