About Courtney

Compassionate support for seniors is my true calling. With a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and ongoing nursing classes, I am committed to fostering independence and well-being for those I care for. For six years, I've worked as a Certified Home Health Aide, gaining invaluable experience alongside my mother, a nurse practitioner, providing care for older adults. Most recently, I cared for my grandfather on hospice for six months, deepening my understanding of sensitive situations. My three years as a nurse technician at Mass General and South Shore Hospital provided hands-on experience in assisting patients with daily activities, dressing changes, and vital signs. I prioritize building meaningful connections and communicate regularly with families through their preferred methods. I am excited to find a position where I can utilize my nursing assistant skills and bring comfort and joy to older adults.
