About Courtney
Experience: 10 yrs
Hi! My name is Courtney. I'm a 25-year-old childcare professional and proud mom to my 3-year-old son. I coach competitive cheerleading with Hornets Competitive Cheerleading. I have 10 years of experience working with children of various ages and needs. I also have experience supporting children with special needs and understand the importance of patience, compassion, structure, and individualized care. Working with children has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing, fun, and positive environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel comfortable. As both a caregiver and a parent, I understand the trust families place in childcare providers and am committed to providing dependable, attentive care for every child I work with
