About Courtney

Hi! My name is Courtney, and caring for children is one of my greatest passions. I am currently pursuing my degree in Child Development and have nearly nine years of experience working as a nanny and in the childcare field, in addition to being a mom myself for almost five years. Throughout my experience, I have cared for children of all ages, including twins, and have had the opportunity to work in a variety of childcare settings. I have experience in a multi-child environment, including a home daycare, and previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at a preschool and in home. These experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of children's individual needs, personalities, and developmental stages. I love learning alongside children encouraging their curiosity, and creating an environment where they feel safe, valued, and supported.
