I am a career nanny here in the Upper Valley! I have many excellent local references! I am a loving, outdoorsy, active, engaging and silly (at times) nanny who LOVES this line of work. I am organized. independent, tidy, and extremely knowledgeable in ALL things infant/toddler/child. I am Red Cross CPR/FIRST-AID certified, my recertification was Dec 2025. I have my associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I spent time as an assistant teacher at The Hampshire Cooperative Nursery School in Hanover NH. ( HCNS) My schedule is pretty full for the summer but I'm looking for a long term 30 to 35 hour a week position starting at the end of August!

We had a wonderful experience with Courtney caring for our baby from 3 to 12 months. She was caring, patient, dependable, and attentive to our baby’s needs. We always felt our LO was safe, happy, and well cared for. We highly recommend her!

Courtney was dependable, organized, always on time, great with healthy snacks, safety, and getting kids (And dogs) where they needed to be and overall so helpful for our busy family. 

Courtney watched our daughter starting when she was 6 weeks old to about 3 months, once a week. She was punctual, reliable, attentive, organized, and attuned to our daughter’s needs. She was supportive of structure, naps/wake windows, and milestones, and found creative ways to engage with our daughter’s needs throughout their time together. She was respectful of our home and helped organize and clean up if she ever had free moments during nap time. We did a reference check and received similarly positive feedback from other parents/kiddos as well.

Courtney is the absolute best! She will treat your child like their her own, think of fun things to do with them, check in on them when they're feeling sick... we feel so lucky to have found Courtney and wish we could work with her forever!

Courtney is very experienced, approachable, communicative, and dependable. A lot of life happened at once, and I ended up hiring Courtney last minute for our infant son, only seven days old. Now I'm confident hiring her was one of the best decisions I've made since moving here. Truly a lifesaver. She is genuinely loving and accommodating, it's like having a family in UV. Also, she will often figure things out alone and be generally helpful around the house while being sensitive to our lifestyle. I couldn't recommend her enough. 

Courtney is an exceptional nanny. She watched our 1.5 year old 3 days a week and was always so engaged and active with her. She came up with a ton of creative activities to do both inside and outside the house. And she works very independently while incorporating any suggestions that we had. She helped us troubleshoot struggles that our little one was having - like adjusting nap schedules and introducing a wider variety of foods. And Courtney was always extremely patient and caring. If we weren't moving away from the area, I would have loved to keep Courtney as our nanny.

Courtney is a professional nanny that holds high standard in her work. She's reliable and responsible, and is bright and energetic. We love that she's sensitive to our kid's needs and brings a positive vibe around the house. She cleans up and does light house-keeping even though we did not ask her to do. She's open to communication and is accommodating whenever she can. Our kid can learn so much from her, not just being taken good care by her. We recommend her without reservation.

Our kids love Courtney. She's attentive, curious, energetic and fun. I trust her 100% with our infant son and active five year-old.

Courtney is professional, energetic, organized and so loving. She has experience with all ages- she is patient and kind and incredibly hands-on. 

Courtney was great with our kids.  We used her twice during the 3 years we lived in the area.  First for my 18 month old daughter when we moved in and then again (after having an Au pair) for my 2 year old son, sometimes together (at 4yo and 2 yo).  She was dependable, independent and reliable.  My son has severe food allergies and though it was intimidating at first she was able to learn quickly and feel confident.  I was confident with her feeding him and taking him out.  She was always fun and excited around my kids.  She always took them outside to play and was very active with them.  She often was 5-10 minutes late but I just planned on that and everything else went well.  She is loving, flexible, dependable and lots of fun.

My kids LOVED Courtney, and she loved them back.  Courtney is very active and likes to get the kids outside, but she is also good with fun indoor games and art.  It is important to me that my kids eat well with a nutritious diet and Courtney is a very healthy role model and makes great snacks.  Your kids will have a good day with Courtney!  

Courtney was a nanny for our three boys. She began working for us when our twins were 2 years old, and our oldest was 3, and continued until the twins were 7 years old. Courtney is loving, fun, and disciplined with children. She is nurturing, has impeccable judgment, and enjoys getting the kids outside for adventure. She knows the value of teaching the children, and knows how to make it fun. She was always eager for honest communication with us, which made her relationship with our family very strong; if there was something that wasn't working for her, she would communicate that, and vice versa. Courtney is an incredibly capable and kind nanny. We love her!
