About Courtney

Hi families, my name is Courtney I am currently an assistant teacher at a highly respected Montessori school in Phoenix. I have been working as a preschool teacher for 8 months. I have worked in a children's toy store for a year & recently graduated with distinct honors from Grand Canyon University here in Phoenix with a bachelor of science in psychology, working towards my masters in counseling. I have studied childhood development and deeply align with Montessori values and learning development. I am very comfortable with toilet training, diaper changes, nighttime and nap routines as this aligns with my work as a Montessori teacher. I have experience guiding a class room of 12 toddlers with various developmental needs, no child is too difficult or impossible to care for. I am hardworking, motivated and most importantly care deeply about God's precious gift to this world; children.
