Hi there! I have been a full-time Nanny since 2015. My experience ranges from newborn - 12 however I've spent most of my time with newborns & toddlers. I firmly believe in job happiness and do a one month trial period with all new families to make sure it's the right fit for both nanny and family. Currently I am working as a travel nanny. My last 3 families live in different states and bring me back multiple times a year to watch the kids. Courtney is more than a babysitter/nanny, she became part of your family. She loved our daughter like her own. She is encouraging, knowledgeable and so kind. Our daughter learned so many things during the time she was in our home. She was diligent with keeping the set schedule our family had chosen. She listened to what our family wanted for our daughter and jumped right in. She sent daily pictures of activities and smiles that our sweet girl enjoyed with Mrs. Courtney. I would have tried to keep her until our daughter went to college if I could have. I can’t recommend Courtney enough for all families.
