Hi! My name is Courtney, and I have a strong background in education, child development, and supporting families. I have several years of experience working with children of different ages, including classroom teaching, reading intervention, and helping students build confidence both academically and socially. I would describe myself as dependable, patient, caring, and organized. I enjoy creating a safe, positive environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported.
