Hi all! My name is Courtney. I attended Florida Atlantic University and majored in elementary education with a minor in sociology. I have many years of experience with kids of all ages. From baby sitting and nannying to working in Elementary schools. I interned as a Kindergarten teacher and then was a long term sub in a first grade classroom. After graduating, I started working as a second grade gifted teacher and then a third grade gen Ed teacher. During the pandemic I became pregnant with my daughter and took a break from teaching. Right now, I am staying home with her and working on my MS in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences with a concentration in Youth Development from UF. I am hoping to make some supplemental income by baby sitting occasionally from our home (so I can still take care of my daughter) or even nannying on a regular weekly schedule. My daughter will be 1 in August. We do have two dogs and three cats :) If you are interested in childcare please reach out!

Courtney is an education major at FAU and is too humble to brag about herself so I will. She is loved by all of the students that she helps in the schools that she volunteers at and has been asked by the teachers she observes to keep coming back because the kids do not want to say goodbye to her. She is responsible and punctual and always makes sure that those around her are taken care of before herself. If Courtney is taking care of your children you will have no worries and she will send you pictures and updates while you are away! What more could you ask for?
