Courtney has a natural ability to understanding my sons needs and abilities of children in general, she is warm, compassionate, nurturing, and responsive to our son. Courtney has always brought a professional, yet personable, thoughtful, organized, and expert approach to the care of our son, while respecting our parenting desires as parents. Courtney is excellent at redirecting and always has a positive way to redirecting and address any issues with our son. When our son is in Courtney's care we feel 100% confident that he is safe, happy, she is consistently setting goals, (both personal and developmental), and reaching them.
