I have worked full time with 3 previous families over the last 8 years and still help them to this day! I am located in Independence. I prefer caretaking at my residence as I am currently doing now! Courtney has far exceeded our expectations. She has been with our family for 5 years and it breaks my heart to need to part ways. She is great with all ages. Courtney started with us as our youngest was still a baby and has grown with us through it all. What started as nap and feeding schedules, progressed to adventures & crafts.. and ultimately reading assignments and school transportation help. She is very easy going even through our constant chaos. My husband and I cannot recommend her enough!
