About Courtney

Hello! I started babysitting when I was 16 years old. Throughout high school, I worked with special needs elementary school students. I worked for the Saginaw Township Community Schools in their after school and summer child care programs for 8 years. I was also a preschool teacher assistant there for one year. I was also a literacy tech/ librarian at a Saginaw elementary school until funding for my position was cut. I have experience with children newborn through 5th grade but am comfortable with older children as well. I was on an advisory board of a non-profit which provides advocacy and social opportunities for people with disabilities. I have worked as a health unit coordinator in the Pediatric ICU at Covenant Healthcare. Most recently, I have worked as a scribe/transcriptionist in ophthalmology, orthopedics, and family medicine. I am planning on attending a 1 year massage therapy program in the fall. I am seeking a flexible position that will allow me to attend classes.
