About Courtney

Hi! I'm a dedicated and experienced caregiver with over 10 years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages. I currently work as a paraeducator, where I support students in both academic and behavioral development, including children with autism (ASD) and other special needs. I'm CPR and CPI certified, and I bring a calm, patient, and attentive approach to every child I work with. I understand that every child is different, so I focus on creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment that supports their individual needs and personalities. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at once, helping with routines, homework, light housekeeping, and keeping kids active and entertained in a positive way. I take pride in being reliable, trustworthy, and someone both parents and kids feel comfortable with.
