About Cristal

Passionate about caring for children and supporting families. My experience with a family caring for two children, including a child with severe autism, has taught me the importance of individualized care. Every person is different, and I believe understanding their personality, needs, communication, and emotions is essential to providing the right support. My role has grown beyond childcare. I have assisted with activities, helped organize their home, supported household projects, and taken initiative wherever I could be helpful. Most importantly, I've learned that building trust with the family is just as important as building trust with their children. I value open communication, reliability, and becoming someone parents can genuinely depend on. I volunteer in my church's kids ministry and regularly care for children in my family. I'm patient, organized, creative, and always willing to adapt. My goal is to provide thoughtful care while making life easier for the entire family.
