About Crystal Ann

My journey in childcare began while attending college and working as a nanny while attending school. At this time I provided daily care for two children, ages 6 and 11. This experience allowed me to develop my ability to manage the diverse needs of children at different developmental stages. I am now in the Seattle area after moving from Ohio several years ago. I currently work as a Youth Development Professional at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bellevue, playing a crucial role as both an assistant teacher for the Great Futures Preschool program where I work with 3-4-year-old children and as an afterschool care provider for children aged 5-10, where I create and implement daily activities that promote both fun and learning. Through these roles I have been able to hone my ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents, ensuring a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
