About Crystal

I have always had a deep passion for caring for others, which started at a young age when I helped care for my grandmother after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. That experience shaped my path and led me into a career in nursing, where I spent many years supporting individuals and families through all stages of care, including dementia and hospice. Although I am no longer currently licensed as a nurse, I stepped away from the profession after the pandemic to pursue a different career path. Even so, my dedication to caregiving has never changed. I truly value providing compassionate, attentive, and respectful care, and I understand how important it is for families to feel confident and at ease with their loved one's caregiver. I have extensive experience working with the elderly, including those with memory loss and complex care needs. I approach every situation with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's daily life.
