Hi, I'm Crystal! I'm a born-and-raised New Yorker with over 5 years of childcare experience working with children from infancy through school age, along with 3 years of nannying experience. I'm passionate about creating safe, loving, and nurturing environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I consider myself patient, dependable, punctual, and understanding, with strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with little ones. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident with the person caring for their children. I pride myself on building trusting relationships with families, keeping parents informed, and providing the extra support they need. Outside of childcare, I own a home-based bakery business, where I enjoy expressing my creativity through baking and making delicious desserts!
