My journey into caregiving began in high school, volunteering at a nursing home. Witnessing the joy I brought to residents by simply listening to their stories was incredibly fulfilling. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care, adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations with patience and empathy. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. My experience includes incorporating memory care activities and sensory engagement into care. I am comfortable with pets, have a car, and look forward to connecting with you and your family.
