I am a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with over 27 years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. At 44, I bring a wealth of knowledge, patience, compassion, and responsibility to every family I work with. Supporting children's growth, development, safety, and happiness has always been my passion. I am CPR and First Aid certified and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where every child feels secure, valued, and supported. In addition to my extensive childcare experience, I have experience working with children with autism, behavioral challenges, and special needs. I understand the importance of individualized care, consistency, patience, and adapting to each child's unique needs and abilities. My goal is to build trusting relationships with both children and families while creating a positive environment where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
