About Crystal

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, trustworthy, and flexible. I like caring for seniors because I started working at an assisted living facility at 18 years old and eventually got my CNA license and worked in a nursing home while continuing my education. I then worked as a LPN in a nursing home and once I got my RN degree I started working at the hospital as a neurology nurse for 7 years and been in the float pool for 3 years. Most of my patients are elderly or with complex medical conditions. I'm looking for a job that I can do 2-3 days a week while I continue working at the hospital 3 days a week. I started caring for seniors when I finished high school. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my 13-year-old. One thing you should know about me is I will be an advocate for your loved one and care for them to the very best of my ability. My skills include medical management, assessment, and activities of daily living.
