About Crystal

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, nurturing, and passionate! I like working with kids because it is such a vulnerable time for them being an adolescent, being able aid in whatever way they need is a very rewarding feeling. I want to feel like I've made a change or took place in the growth of an amazing kid. I started working with kids when I was completing my first degree at the junior college! I was taking multiple child development classes, gaining ece credits, and I wanted to apply my schooling to my work! In my spare time, I like to be out and about with my daughter and family. I love nature so the beach, the redwoods, or even the zoo are fun for me. One thing you should know about me is I take pride in my work. Nothing is done without me giving my 100%. Your children are always my number one. My skills include patience, creativity, and communication.
