I have experience as a behavior tech, so I know how to manage all types of behaviors, I am also very interactive with kids mentally and physically. I tutor as well, so I love teaching. These girls and this one especially will go above and beyond for the kids they watch. They are good girls and they’ve gone out of their way for me so many times. Very professional safe drivers and operate like a business. 

She is honest, dependable and amazing with kids. She has a lot of patience and you can tell she has a gift to care for children. My children absolutely love her. 

Very very unreliable. She was consistently late and canceled us on at the very last minute for a very important evening that had been confirmed for over 3 weeks. Also is not very outgoing or friendly. I would not recommend hiring Crystal. 

Her communication was great if she was running late. Had a lot of patience with our kids.

Crystal has been a blessing to our family! She has been assisting our family with care for our two girls, a 6 month old and an 11 year old, on a recurring basis for a month now. We have all enjoyed her kind, and loving company. She has a great work ethic! Very responsible, and dependable. She has willingly arranged her schedule to meet our family's needs on several occasions. The most important thing for us newbie parents to the nanny world has been finding a loving, caring, and responsible caregiver to leave our children with, worry-free, knowing that they will in good hands. We have found that and more with Crystal. She has my highest recommendation for any family looking to check all of those boxes.

Cristal is persistent in her job. When she was late for the job, she always sent a message to communicate. She is easy to work with. Hope we can work with her again. 

Crystal was reliable and always showed up on time when scheduled.  She did what she committed to doing.

I think we hired Crystal at least 10 times for July 2023. Very reliable, on time, behavior tech experience helps a lot. She took care of my 2 and 4 year olds. Would hire her again

Crystal is an excellent nanny! She’s punctual, dependable, caring, smart and has good knowledge of child development. We moved away and will miss her, but now another family will be able to benefit from her care!

Crystal has proven to be very responsible and attentive to my infant. She also likes picking up hours, which can be helpful when I need childcare suddenly. As such, we have Crystal watch our infant twice a week nowadays.
