About Crystal

I have worked with children through serving at my church on and off for the past 10 years. I have taught the 2-3-year-olds and the Pre-k/kinder age group for several years on Friday nights and Sunday mornings. I have also helped with all ages up to high school. For two summers I worked as a caregiver for 3 children, two of which were autistic. During the school year I volunteered as a teachers aid at a private christian academy. While in school, I would mostly work with the upper grades but would occasionally substitute teach for the lower grades. I have plenty of experience working with children, most of which was volunteer, simply because I enjoy them and believe I have just as much to learn from them as they have to learn from me. I am a fun and energetic person with the right amount of sternness that is necessary for childcare and education.
