I worked in a Drs. office as a Medical Assistant for 20 years, and then I switched to private duty. I have been doing private duty for 24 years. I love my job and patients. I have worked with patients with Cancer, Dementia, Alzheimers , I also help with post-op surgical care at home, dealing with drains, sutures, meds and meals, report any problems back to the Dr. , schedule post-op appts. I also go visit and assist patients in rehabilitation facility, and then there are some that just need a companion. I take them to Drs. appts, do errands, shopping, make meals, medication reminders, activities, and light housekeeping. If I can help you with your loved one, please contact me.

I am incredibly grateful for the serendipity that connected me to Cyndy. She made a profound difference in the last 18 months of my dad’s life. She was skilled, knowledgeable and extremely reliable. Cyndy was conscientious providing help with the chores of daily living such as dressing and meal assistance and accompanying him to medical appointments. In addition, she elevated my dad’s quality of life with activities such as outdoor wheelchair walks to watch the birds, outings to music events and reading to him when his vision no longer allowed him to read books on his own. She was also wonderful at communicating with me daily both via text and phone which I greatly appreciated since I was not local. I highly recommend Cyndy; 5 stars.
