About Cynthia

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. My journey into childcare began with positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, day care experience, and future medical roles in pediatrics which inspired my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. For three years, I have supported families by providing reliable care for children aged newborn-toddlers in daycares/at home babysitting. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I am comfortable caring for up to two children and love helping with crafts. I have First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development Coursework. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred communication method. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules.
