Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. I've been in the fitness industry for over 30 years . The last 13 of those years, I worked primarily with Seniors. In November of 2024 I moved in with my Mama (age 81) after a bad fall she had. I've been dedicated to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors, focusing on their strength, well-being and independence. I'm happy to assist your loved ones with daily living tasks, mobility, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation. I also have experience with functional training, physical activity, and adapting to changing routines. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and follow the family's preferred communication method to provide verbal updates. I'm patient, friendly, and have a passion for supporting families by being a reliable care option. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I hope to bring my calm and empathetic nature to your family.
