About Cynthia

In my 30 years of experience, I've worked in the daycare industry as well as a nanny. I've cared for children with a wide range of special needs, including epilepsy, autism, hydrocephalus, ODD, PTSD, Diabetes, cancer, and developmental delays. I treat each child in my care with love, patience, and compassion. I'm passionate about helping children regulate their emotions in a positive way with validation and guidance. I believe letting children have choices in their day to day life help promote independence and overall success.
