About Cynthia

Hi! I'm someone who genuinely enjoys being around kids and creating a fun, positive environment while still keeping structure and routines in place. I'm an aunt to 8 amazing kids, so I've had plenty of hands-on experience with children of different ages and personalities over the years. I'm starting school to become a Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant, which has made me even more excited about helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. I'd describe myself as fun, patient, and caring, but I also understand the importance of boundaries and consistency. I believe rules can be enforced with kindness and respect while still creating a safe and enjoyable environment for kids. I'm looking forward to building trust with families and being someone both parents and children feel comfortable with.
