About Cynthia
Experience: 10 yrs
I have over 15 years of experience with children, which includes new born up to 16 years of age . I have 5 years experience in a school setting working with special needs and children on the spectrum. I also have 2 years working as a registered behavior therapist, which includes working one on one with children who have goals including behaviors, getting them ready for the real world, and also just teaching them basic life lessons. And another 7 years working as a nanny. I am currently employed as a nanny. But the child I usually care for during the day will be attending school next year. I look forward To meeting new families and figuring out if I am a good candidate for the family.

I just wanted to take a second to tell you how wonderful Cynthia is. Having Cynthia as a caregiver has been so amazing - Our little one has learned so much during her time with her and has clearly really enjoyed being with her. I was so nervous to go back to work and having Cynthia as our caregiver for our little ones witch was such a relief. Quite honestly, knowing we would have to leave Cynthia was the hardest part of our decision to take a new job opportunity and move out of state. I am beyond thankful to you and Five Star for connecting us - the next family that gets her will be incredibly lucky.
