About Cynthia

I’m thrilled to recommend Miss Cindy who was a full-time nanny for our son from 14 to 22 months old. She is responsible, punctual, a clear communicator, and brought so much more than basic childcare to our home. Each week, Cindy prepared thoughtful lesson plans filled with crafts, sensory play, and learning activities. She approached every day with intention, creativity, and a teacher’s mindset—helping our child grow intellectually, emotionally, and socially. She was consistently attentive and in tune with his needs, adapting plans with patience and care. Thanks in large part to her efforts, our son is consistently advanced for his age. He knew all his colors well before 18 months and was already speaking 4 and 5 word sentences at 21 months. Beyond childcare, she supported our whole family during major life transitions and helped with cleaning and cooking during his naps. She quickly became a steady, positive presence in our lives, and we are sad to part ways. Cindy is so much more than your typical babysitter or nanny—she’s an educator, a nurturer, and a partner to parents. She’s the first caregiver that my son has been genuinely excited to spend time with, and he even asks for her on the weekends. We love Miss Cindy and any family would be lucky to have her.
