I am a dedicated caregiver with over 10 years of experience in my home country of Haiti. My journey in childcare began with a deep-seated passion for helping kids grow and thrive in a secure setting, and this passion continues to drive me every day. One of my core beliefs is that safety is paramount in childcare. I am vigilant and proactive in ensuring that the environments I create are free from hazards and that children are always supervised. While Haitian Creole is my primary language, I am currently learning English to better communicate with a diverse range of families and children.
