I want to share my experience honestly so other parents on this platform can make an informed decision. On her 1st day, she called 45 mins before her scheduled arrival to let me know that, due to a family emergency, she couldn’t make it. Gave her benefit of doubt for day 2- at 1:45 a.m. (woke me up! Shift starts t 9:15am) she called to let me know that she again wouldn’t be able to work again, leaving me to scramble. Based on my experience, I would not hire her again. Parents need reliability.
