I have worked in childcare for over two years now and really enjoy helping families and children as I know the daily schedule can get hectic. I began babysitting my little brothers as a pre-teen and have had numerous professional experiences with different families, both local and visiting. My long term/recurring experience includes being a full time nanny to a 3 and 5-year-old for one year and babysitting part time for an infant (8 mo.) now toddler. (3 yo) my most recent position was a part time nanny for two wonderful children, 5 and 7. I am an aspiring midwife and plan on obtaining my doula certification, so I would love to gain more experience with newborns and infants! I have a passion for newborn and infant safety and safe sleeping/eating/feeding practices to ensure your little one can thrive! I also have experience in the medical field and am well versed on infection control and good hygiene practices to reduce illness.
