About Daisia

I recently graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Childhood Education (B-6) with an English concentration. I also attended BOCES for Early Childhood Education, where I graduated in 2022 with Honors. I am currently continuing my education at SUNY Oneonta, working toward my Master's degree in Literacy for All Grades. I completed student teaching placements in both the OCSD and the FCSD, where I supported classroom instruction, implemented lessons, and fostered children's academic and social-emotional development. In addition, I worked at Room to Bloom for three years as a floater teacher with children ages 3-4, where I supported daily classroom routines, learning activities, and developmental growth. I also worked at Maple Leaf with infants and toddlers ages 5 months-4 years, providing nurturing care, supporting early learning milestones, and maintaining a safe and engaging environment.
