About Dakota

A passion of mine has always been to go to school for child development. Since getting medically discharged from the Army I have been able to get back into my church to volunteer with our special needs ministry and from newborns to age 4. I also have the privilege of being the oldest in my adopted family so I get to watch my sisters and cousins go through the different phases and stages that come with being a toddler. Though my time in the military was short lived I had the privilege of learning how to better myself with my attitude and the way I carry myself. If given the opportunity I would love to help in any way possible. I am certified in basic life support and also basic army medicine which is essentially a field form of first aid. I do have a 1-year-old daughter I would need to bring with me. I understand if that disqualifies me. I also have my own transportation and 3 dogs so we are comfortable with pets.
