Dalal is fantastic. She started working with us when our daughter was about 6 months old, and is still helping to care for her about twice a week. She has been very accommodating of our schedule (and schedule changes), and has always been reliable and on time. Our daughter loves playing with her and is learning Arabic from her. She is very good at following routines, and is able to adapt as our daughter's needs have changed.
