My high school degree gave me a solid foundation, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I'm known for being patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide verbal updates during visits and regular updates via text or phone call.
