I'm Dana-- a career childcare professional with over 16 years of hands-on experience caring for children from newborns through the teen years. Becoming a mom to my own daughter has deepened my understanding of how meaningful it is to entrust someone with your child. I don't take that responsibility lightly. I pride myself on creating a nurturing, engaging & developmentally supportive environment tailored to each child's unique personality & needs. I value strong, open communication with parents & believe the best care happens when we work as a team. Whether we're exploring the outdoors, building confidence through age-appropriate responsibilities or turning everyday moments into learning opportunities, I aim to foster curiosity, independence & joy. I am CPR, First Aid & EEC certified & safety is always my top priority. More than anything, I hope to be a steady, positive presence in your child's life-- someone who supports their growth while giving you true peace of mind.
